I have been struggling to get finance for a while. But Oscar Wallis was great and quick. Letting me know things to do so I can get them ready quickly and very understanding and helpful. Would very strongly recommend other people to use Oscar if they have struggled previously

My experience with car finance 247 has been fantastic, especially Daniel Sandham. I've lost count how many cars he checked out for me! Nothing was to much trouble, I felt he was really invested in finding a car suitable for me. Daniel worked around my availability, (which was never 9-5) to chat and go back and forth with messages. I Highly recommend this company if your in need of a new car.

Would like to say a massive Thankyou to Fahim Hasan and his colleague Kyle for the great customer service in helping me to source and finance a vehicle upgrade. So quick and simple, and guided through each step. Would definitely recommend!

I am currently looking for a new car and applied online with this company. Isn’t it a shame they don’t need my money. I asked for 2 call backs and arranged these as per their request on the account for them to not return them.

Our account manager was Joshua Spendlow who was exremely helpful & professional throughout.
A very smooth, hassle free & friendly service from start to finish.
No hard sales pressure, everything was dealt with efficiently and calmy,
I have never financed a vehicle before so I was a little apprihensive however Joshua was very reassuring that this would be a simple process and he was right !

Very quick efficient service, Martin was exceptional throughout. Only issue was the offer of GAP insurance by someone that was ridiculously priced, shopped elsewhere and saved £400 on what they quoted even though it was portrayed as the best option around.

Everything was quite straight forward, communication was smooth - email&phone and our agent Oscar was very helpful. Only one thing I have to "complain" about though. Please, change the music on the phone when on hold. The tune is a bit depressive. You need something lively and funky.??????

I had Keiran Aitchison as my account manager and he really did pull it out of the bag.

Being self employed I have found it difficult to get car finance from other lenders even though I am paid well.

Keiran was able to help me secure finance and even helped me choose the car I'm purchasing. He has a brilliant telephone manner and was very friendly and informative throughout the whole process.

I have used CarFinance247 previously for a vehicle purchase and will use them again

What made my experience great was your employee Jonathon Downey.
I felt pretty vulnerable on calling after my accident, Jonathon was exemplary. He showed empathy, understanding and patience. He was so very knowledgeable about the whole process and guided me on everything I needed to know and ensured I understood. He wasn’t going to be in work the next day so confirmed who would contact me, and should I not receive contact, then I could email him on his day off. This young man is a invaluable employee to CarFinanc247 and a credit to your company.

Highly recommend. If like me, you are busy with two kids under three, the WhatsApp service available makes this whole process so much easier. Very informative and quick responses to any questions you may have. I sent numerous cars and nothing was too much trouble for Jake who was dealing with me. First time buying my own car and he definitely made the process smooth and stress free.
